B’Tzel HaKodesh: Friday, Parshas Ki SavoBefore Shacharis, the Rebbe served as Sandek and Mohel at the bris of the newborn son of R’ Shlomo Dovid Schwartz. The Rebbe also served as Sandek at the bris of the newborn son of R’ Yosef (ben R’ Chaim Yitzchok) Hershkowitz.The Rebbe davened Shacharis at Yeshiva Gedolah Snif Divrei Yoel. Prior to davening, the Rebbe put on tefillin for two bar mitzvah bochurim: the son of R’ Yoel (ben R’ Shraga Elimelech) Klein, and the son of R’ Yoel Yosef Markowitz. Following this, the Rebbe lit candles in observance of the yahrzeit of his grandfather, the Gaon and Kadosh Rav Yisroel Yaakov Yukel of Volova, ZT”L. The Rebbe then blew the shofar and recited ten kapitlech of Tehillim, as is customary during Chodesh Elul.After davening, a l’chaim was held with the bar mitzvah bochurim in the Rebbe’s private room. Additionally, a group of chassanim from the yeshiva entered b'kodesh penima to receive a bracha ahead of their upcoming trip to the Mekomos HaKedoshim in Europe next week. They will be traveling together with the Rebbe’s son-in-law, the Rav of Beis Medrash Ohel Feiga Shlit”a. The Rebbe inquired about the details of the itinerary, distributed shliach mitzvah gelt to all the bochurim, and bestowed his bracha for the journey.A Gut Shabbos.

On Thursday, Parshas Ki Savo, before Shacharis, the Rebbe served as sandek at the bris of the newborn son of Reb Chaim Yisroel Levy. The Rebbe davened Shacharis at Yeshiva Gedola Snif Berach Moshe. Before davening, the Rebbe put on tefillin for two bar mitzvah bochurim, the sons of Reb Chaim Hersh Segedin and Reb Chaim Tzvi Yoel Friedman. During krias hatorah, the Rebbe received shlishi. Following the laining, the Rebbe blew shofar and recited the ten kapitlech of Tehillim, as is customary during Chodesh Elul.After davening, the Rebbe delivered a Tehillim shiur on perek 32, pasuk 2. Following the shiur, a l'chaim was held with the bar mitzvah bochurim in the Rebbe's private room. A group of yeshiva bochurim also entered b'kodesh penima to receive a bracha ahead of their trip to kivrei tzaddikim in Europe next week. The Rebbe inquired about the details of their itinerary, distributed shliach mitzvah gelt to all the bochurim, and gave them his warm bracha.At approximately 1:40 PM, the Rebbe arrived at the Heichal HaMesivta Snif Berach Moshe, where he delivered the fourth sugya shiur on the sugya of "Chatzi Shiur" as a preparation for the upcoming Shabbos Shuvah drasha. Following the shiur, the Rebbe engaged in a pilpul with the bochurim until about 2:40 PM.Kabbalas kahal took place from 6:15 PM until 1:20 AM at the Rebbe's residence on Ujhel Court. At around 7:15 PM, the Rebbe served as mesader kiddushin at three chasunahs: the children of Reb Yoel Weiss and Reb Aryeh Hershkowitz at Kinor Dovid; the children of Reb Yoel Gutman and Reb Moshe Yosef Dov Simon at Bais Rochel Paradise; and the children of Reb Wolf Berger and Reb Yoel Yakir Friedman at Ginas Klein. The Rebbe davened Mincha at his residence at 8:15 PM.During kabbalas kahal, the Rebbe received HaGaon Rav Yeshaya Schlesinger Shlit"a, Nasi of the Vaad L'Hatzalas Batei Almin - Admas Kodesh and Rav of Beis Medrash Kollel Chaim Ozer in London.
