Trump Demands Saudi Arabia Join Abraham Accords for Nuclear Deal

President Donald Trump declared that Saudi Arabia must join the Abraham Accords if it wants a nuclear agreement with the United States. Speaking firmly, he said it is time for the kingdom to take that step, noting that the Iran problem is no longer the same obstacle it once was. Trump described the situation as a two-way street and stressed that the Accords have already proven successful for the countries that signed on. He made clear the proposed arrangement would be strictly civil nuclear power with no enrichment allowed.

Trump emphasized that the Abraham Accords remain important for the future of the Middle East and predicted Saudi Arabia will join at some point. He pointed out that while challenges still exist, those problems are disappearing day by day under current U.S. pressure and diplomacy. By tying any nuclear cooperation directly to normalization with Israel through the Accords, the president is leveraging American leverage to expand the circle of peace he helped create. The message leaves little room for ambiguity: closer strategic partnership with Washington comes with clear expectations.

The remarks highlight Trump’s consistent approach of using strength and clear conditions to reshape the region. Supporters view the demand as a smart continuation of the Abraham Accords strategy that delivered historic diplomatic breakthroughs without endless concessions. As talks with Saudi Arabia continue, the president has drawn a firm line that prioritizes lasting regional stability and mutual benefits over one-sided deals.
