BORO PARK — Jewish music star Shulem Lemmer shared a message of inspiration ahead of Rosh Hashanah as he prepares to join the Yom Tov davening at Beth El in Boro Park.

In a video shared ahead of Yom Tov, Lemmer reflected on the desire to grow closer to Hashem and the challenge of taking the first step, connecting the message to the approaching Yamim Noraim.

“Sometimes we want so badly to come closer to Hashem, but we don’t even know how to begin,” Lemmer wrote, expressing the hope that every step toward Hashem will be met with closeness and bracha.

Lemmer said he is looking forward to davening together with the community at Beth El in Boro Park for both Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, inviting those who have not yet made arrangements to reserve seats.

The message comes as communities across Boro Park make their final preparations for Rosh Hashanah and the beginning of the Yamim Noraim.
