Terrifying footage shows flames bursting from a Boeing 757 engine just seconds after takeoff from Corfu, Greece. The aircraft, equipped with two Rolls-Royce turbofan engines, was operating as Flight DE3665 to Dusseldorf, Germany when it struck a bird shortly after departure.

Passengers reported hearing a series of loud bangs as explosions erupted from the engine. The pilots quickly declared an emergency and diverted to Brindisi, Italy, where the aircraft landed safely.
