A heavily armored convoy was observed leaving the U.S. District Court in Manhattan earlier today, likely transporting former Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, back to the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn. The move follows their arraignment on federal charges including narco-terrorism and corruption.
