Satmar Chassidim in Monsey received tremendous news this week with the announcement of a monumental donation to complete the new Khal Yetev Lev Beis Medrash on Route 306. The new shul is being built specifically to serve local Satmar Chassidim and alumni of the Satmar Yeshiva in Queens.

The historic agreement for the Shem Habinyan was officially signed by the Satmar Rebbe, Shlit"a, alongside the prominent philanthropist, Harav Hanagid Reb Yoel, who generously sponsored the completion of the building.

In honor of the momentous occasion, the Rebbe's brother-in-law, the Satmar Rov of Monsey, Shlit"a, made a special visit to the home of Reb Yoel. As the Rov of the local kehillah, his presence served to strengthen and celebrate the landmark agreement, which marks a major milestone for the continued growth of the Satmar community in Monsey.
