Dramatic security-camera footage from Jerusalemโ€™s Shaโ€™arei Chesed neighborhood captured the moment a sukkah was ripped from a residential balcony by powerful winds and sent crashing onto the street below.

The footage shows the sukkah structure being carried from the building before portions of it slam onto the sidewalk and roadway.

A pedestrian walking below noticed the danger and ran from the area just moments before the structure came crashing down, narrowly avoiding being struck.

The incident occurred as residents were preparing for Sukkos in the Jerusalem neighborhood. No injuries were reported in the source coverage of the incident.
