Bochurim from London who traveled to Williamsburg to spend the second days of Yom Tov b'tzel hakodesh gathered during Chol Hamoed Succos to hear zichronos of the Satmar Rebbe, ZT"L. The special gathering took place in the Rebbe's historic residence at 500 Bedford Avenue. Addressing the bochurim and sharing their personal memories were the Rebbe's hoiz bochur, Harav Hachassid Reb Meir Schnitzler; Menahel Harav Moshe Friedman; the Rebbe's meshamesh bakodesh, Harav Hachassid Reb Moshe Friedman; and the noted nagid, Reb Moshe Shmuel Zupnick.

In a separate event, Hagaon Hatzaddik the Satmar Rov of Yerushalayim, Shlit"a, delivered a drasha following hours of retzifos learning at Beis Medrash Beis Rabbeinu.
