The simchas habris took place today for a son of Harav Shimon Menachem Nachum Friedman Shlit"a, son of the Sadigura Rebbe, the Ateres Yisroel, Z"L. The bris was attended by his brother, the Sadigura Rebbe of Yerushalayim, and the Skulener Rebbe of Williamsburg.

Seen prior to the levayah of the Biala Ostrova Rebbe, Z"L, are his brother, the Biala Rebbe of Beit Shemesh; his brother-in-law, the Seret Vizhnitzer Rebbe; and the Rebbe's meshamesh, Reb Asher Lustigman. They are pictured alongside Harav Yechiel Yehoshua Rabinowitz Shlit"a, the Rebbe’s only surviving son, who will be crowned as memaleh makom at the conclusion of the shivah.

The Toldos Aharon Rebbe is seen writing an os in a new Sefer Torah being dedicated by Habachur Kivele Blum.

Gedolei Yisroel and leaders of Degel HaTorah are throwing their support behind the "Keleh Elef" initiative. The fund provides financial backing to Chareidi bochurim who refuse to serve in the Israeli army, distributing 1,000 shekels for every day a bochur sits in military prison.
