Speaking with characteristic confidence, he said the project will surpass every comparable facility, including the impressive great room he observed during a visit to China. Trump emphasized that he was not looking to start arguments but simply stating the fact that this American project beats everything else. He described the finished result as having no equal on the global stage.

The President noted that the ballroom element of the complex has been a long-standing desire, with people wanting that specific feature for 150 years. By combining advanced military functionality with a spectacular ceremonial space, the project aims to deliver both practical capability and historic grandeur.
