Conservative heavyweight Mark Levin delivered a fiery rebuke at the Republican Jewish Coalition summit, taking direct aim at elements of the so-called “woke right” whom he accused of betraying the America First movement by aligning with anti-Israel and pro-Hamas narratives.

“You don’t get to claim you’re MAGA and America First when you’re lining up with the Marxists and the Islamists and Hamas and the terrorists,” Levin declared. “That’s not America First. That’s sick!”

Levin’s remarks underscored growing fractures within the right over U.S. support for Israel amid the ongoing Middle East conflict. Traditional conservatives — including Levin and many pro-Israel Republicans — continue to frame Israel as a critical ally in the fight against terrorism and a cornerstone of Western values. Meanwhile, a smaller faction of isolationist and populist voices, such as Tucker Carlson and Nick Fuentes, have argued for scaling back foreign aid, including to Israel, citing an “America-only” approach.

Levin forcefully rejected that framing, insisting that standing with Israel is not a contradiction of patriotism but a fulfillment of it. “Supporting Israel isn’t globalism — it’s moral clarity,” he said. “The people tearing down our allies and repeating Hamas propaganda are not defending America. They’re destroying the very principles this country was built on.”

The exchange reflects an intensifying internal battle over the identity of the conservative movement in the post-2024 landscape. While President Trump has reaffirmed his staunch support for Israel, some corners of the populist right have drifted toward rhetoric critical of U.S. involvement abroad, creating rifts within MAGA ranks.

Levin — one of the most influential voices in conservative media and a longtime defender of the Jewish state — did not hold back his frustration. “If you’re parroting the same lines as the Marxists on campus or the jihadists in Gaza,” he said, “you’re not part of America First. You’re part of the problem.”

His speech drew strong applause from attendees at the RJC summit, many of whom share Levin’s concern that anti-Israel sentiment is seeping into conservative circles once defined by their moral clarity and strength on national security.

For Levin and those standing with him, the message was unmistakable: the true America First movement defends freedom, stands with allies, and confronts evil — wherever it appears. “Our values don’t change because the left gets louder,” Levin concluded. “We stand with Israel because it’s right. And we stand with America because it’s good.”
