UNITED STATES — In a hard-hitting segment, political commentator Ben Shapiro is shedding new light on what he calls the "real Russia hoax" — a series of alleged cover-ups and political maneuvers within the Obama-era FBI that shielded Hillary Clinton while unfairly targeting Donald Trump.

According to Shapiro, while the FBI downplayed and buried key evidence in the Clinton email investigation, it simultaneously advanced a Trump-Russia collusion theory based on flimsy or unverified information — a narrative he claims was "built on lies" from the very beginning.
