A terrifying moment unfolded at a monster truck event when a massive wheel detached from one of the trucks and flew into a nearby parking lot, sending bystanders scrambling for safety.

The incident occurred during a live exhibition when the monster truck hit a ramp at high speed. Eyewitnesses say the impact appeared to jolt the vehicle violently, causing one of its oversized wheels to break free and launch into the air.

The detached wheel, estimated to weigh several hundred pounds, bounced across the event perimeter and into an adjacent parking area. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, although several vehicles sustained damage.

Event organizers say safety protocols were in place, but the cause of the malfunction is under investigation.

“We are thankful no one was hurt,” said an event spokesperson. “We are working closely with authorities and the truck’s team to understand how this happened and to ensure it never happens again.”
