JERUSALEM — Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has reaffirmed his government’s unwavering stance on Hamas, declaring that the campaign to dismantle the terror group will continue until it is “gone.”

“We will continue to eliminate Hamas until they are gone,” Netanyahu said in a firm statement issued Saturday.

The Prime Minister also addressed growing international scrutiny over the humanitarian situation in Gaza, particularly the role of the United Nations and other agencies in delivering aid.

“The UN gives answers to why they cannot deliver aid — today, we are not allowing them to give excuses anymore,” he added.

Netanyahu emphasized that Israel will ensure aid continues to flow into Gaza, despite the military campaign, to support innocent civilians while maintaining pressure on Hamas. The statement appears to reflect growing frustration within the Israeli government over delays and logistical challenges attributed to UN aid distribution mechanisms.

“Aid will continue to flow into Gaza so we can achieve our objectives,” the Prime Minister concluded, making clear that Israel sees no contradiction between pursuing its security goals and facilitating humanitarian support.
