BREAKING — Secretary Marco Rubio has confirmed that the United States will begin blocking and revoking visas of foreign nationals who celebrated the assassination of conservative commentator Charlie Kirk.

Rubio stated that individuals who openly glorify or endorse political violence will not be permitted to remain in or enter the United States. “If you celebrate the killing of an American on U.S. soil, you have no right to be here,” he said in a statement.

The move marks one of the strongest responses yet from the administration following Kirk’s killing, which has triggered heated debates over extremism, political rhetoric, and national security. Officials say the decision is aimed at deterring foreign actors from encouraging or promoting violence tied to U.S. political divisions.

Critics, however, are likely to question how such measures will be enforced, particularly regarding the line between free expression and support for violent acts. The policy could face legal challenges as implementation begins.
