WASHINGTON — Vice President JD Vance praised the administration’s economic strategy, saying the recently passed “Big Beautiful Bill”, combined with President Trump’s America First trade agenda, will deliver significant benefits to U.S. workers and industries.

“This is going to mean a lot more money in people’s pockets, and of course if they got more money in their pocket, they can spend it on American-made products,” Vance said.

The Vice President framed the legislation as a cornerstone of the administration’s effort to boost domestic manufacturing, strengthen supply chains, and reduce reliance on foreign competitors. Supporters argue the combined trade and economic package will spur job creation and fuel consumer-driven growth, particularly in industrial and manufacturing hubs.
