Russian President Vladimir Putin’s latest demands in negotiations to end the war in Ukraine have been revealed, according to a Fox News report.

Speaking on his “core conditions,” Putin called on Ukraine to formally cede the eastern regions of Donetsk and Luhansk to Russia in exchange for freezing the rest of the front line. The proposal would effectively secure Russia’s control over territories already under heavy occupation while halting further advances.

Putin also reiterated long-standing demands that Kyiv abandon its push for NATO membership, warning that Ukraine’s integration with the alliance would threaten Russia’s security.
