A tragic scene unfolded Tuesday night in Boro Park, Brooklyn, as 84-year-old Reb Noach Klein Z’L of Williamsburg was fatally struck by a vehicle at the intersection of 18th Avenue and 49th Street.

Initial reports identified the victim as Noach ben Gittel, who was rushed to Maimonides Medical Center in critical condition following the collision. Despite the tireless efforts of emergency responders and hospital staff, Reb Noach Klein Z’L was later nifter from his injuries.

Video from the scene captured the chaotic aftermath — Hatzolah ambulances, NYPD officers, and flashing emergency lights illuminating the street outside his well-known store, Unique Silver, where the accident occurred.
