U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) Commander Admiral Brad Cooper provided a detailed update on Operation Epic Fury, the large-scale U.S.-led military campaign launched on February 28, 2026, targeting Iran’s military infrastructure and security apparatus. In a video briefing, Cooper outlined the operation’s objectives and progress, emphasizing that the mission is designed to dismantle Iran’s ability to threaten American personnel, regional allies, and international security.

The campaign has also targeted Iran’s missile and drone networks, which have been responsible for numerous attacks against regional targets in recent years.
