Miller revealed that under President Trump, the administration has imposed a $100,000 fee on new H-1B visas—a decisive move aimed at discouraging corporations from importing cheaper foreign labor instead of hiring qualified American professionals. “We’re seeing a dramatic change in the processing of these visas,” Miller said, noting that the new standards are delivering long-awaited fairness to U.S. workers who have spent years competing against an artificially inflated foreign labor pool.
