BREAKING: Speaker of the House Mike Johnson erupted in anger after learning that Democrats have filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) — simply for attempting to determine how many illegal immigrants are receiving welfare benefits across the country.

“They actually sued the Department of Agriculture for simply asking how many illegals are enrolled in welfare programs across states like California and New York!” Johnson said, visibly frustrated. “They sued them—can you believe that?!”

The lawsuit reportedly seeks to block the USDA’s new data transparency initiative, which aims to gather accurate enrollment numbers in federal nutrition and welfare assistance programs, including SNAP, to assess eligibility misuse and taxpayer burden.

Johnson condemned the move as another partisan attempt to hide the truth from the American people.

“We’re working to make government more transparent and efficient for the American people,” he continued, “yet Democrats keep blocking us with political stunts. No wonder Americans are frustrated!”

The Speaker emphasized that taxpayers have a right to know how federal funds are being spent, especially amid growing concerns about illegal immigration and resource strain in major cities. The USDA’s inquiry was reportedly supported by several Republican-led states demanding accountability in benefit distribution.
