Q: Will this administration be seeking congressional approval for any further military operations if the ceasefire breaks down? 

Hegseth: Our view is with the ceasefire, the clock stops. If it were to restart, that would be the president's decision. That option
 is always there. The president retains the opportunity and the capabilities to restart major combat operations if necessary.
