BRYANSK OBLAST, RUSSIA — A sabotage team from Ukraine’s 1st Territorial Defense Brigade reportedly destroyed a bridge near Rudnya-Tsata in western Russia’s Bryansk region on Sunday, marking a rare but bold operation deep within Russian territory.
According to Ukrainian sources, the team placed over a dozen TM-62 anti-tank mines on the bridge, which were later remotely detonated by an FPV (First-Person View) drone. The destruction was captured on video by both the attacking drone and a reconnaissance drone operated from Ukraine.
The strategic strike is part of Kyiv’s ongoing campaign to disrupt Russian logistics and troop movement along the border.
Russian officials have not publicly commented on the incident as of yet.
