Dramatic bodycam footage shows police officers rescuing an FBI agent after her SUV was left dangling over a retaining wall following a rush-hour crash in Milwaukee.

The incident occurred Monday morning on Interstate 794 as the agent was traveling to work. According to police, a collision during heavy traffic caused her vehicle to come to a dangerous stop with its passenger-side wheels hanging over the edge of the wall.

Video released by authorities captures officers carefully approaching the unstable vehicle and pulling the agent to safety while the SUV remained suspended above the roadway below. The rescue was carried out quickly to minimize the risk of the vehicle shifting or falling.

Police said the driver who caused the crash told officers he had abruptly moved into the agent’s lane after the vehicle in front of him suddenly braked. Investigators said no reckless intent was indicated based on the initial account.

Neither the FBI agent nor the other driver involved reported any injuries. Authorities credited the rapid response and coordination of officers at the scene for preventing a potentially fatal outcome.

The footage highlights the risks faced by motorists during peak traffic hours and the critical role of first responders in managing high-risk roadway emergencies.
