FDNY firefighters are actively operating at the scene of a fire in a fifth-floor apartment of a residential building located at 1215 47th Street in Brooklyn. Emergency crews responded swiftly after reports of a blaze inside the apartment, prompting a significant firefighting and medical response.  

According to sources cited by Boro Park Scoop, one elderly individual was discovered in traumatic arrest at the scene. Emergency medical personnel initiated life-saving efforts, though the individual’s condition remains critical pending further official updates.  

Firefighters worked to contain the fire and ensure the safety of other residents in the building. The cause of the fire has not yet been released, and authorities are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
