NEW YORK — Beds have been set up at Pardas Faiga Hall in Williamsburg to accommodate passengers arriving on a delayed flight from Uman to New York.

Hundreds of Yidden returning from Uman are landing just before Shabbos, leaving little time for them to reach their homes. To ensure they are cared for, community groups including Chaveirim, Shomrim, and local askanim have arranged food, lodging, and other accommodations.

Expedited passport control has also been coordinated, along with buses to transport the travelers directly to Williamsburg. The efforts aim to provide the passengers a comfortable and organized place to spend Shabbos despite the unexpected travel disruption.
