IDF Chief of Staff, during a visit to southern Lebanon:
"Your mission is to remove every threat from our communities and from our forces. All IDF capabilities are at your disposal. You have no limit on the use of force for this purpose. Continue the mission to locate the enemy in the area and destroy him. Since the beginning of Operation Lion's Roar, more than 2,000 Hezbollah terrorists have been eliminated. We will use every opportunity to deepen the damage to Hezbollah and to continue weakening it."
