U.S. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth addressed concerns over reports that Russia may be sharing intelligence with Iran regarding U.S. positions and movements in the Middle East, delivering a confident message that the United States remains fully in control. Speaking amid ongoing U.S.-Israeli operations targeting Iranian assets, Hegseth emphasized that American commanders are meticulously tracking all developments and leveraging the world’s most advanced intelligence capabilities.

Hegseth underscored that President Donald Trump, as commander-in-chief, is acutely aware of all interactions and potential threats, ensuring no U.S. forces are placed in danger. “The U.S. mitigates any such risks as needed and factors everything into operational planning,” he stated, stressing that it is, in fact, Iran that faces heightened exposure.
