Early this morning, Israeli forces detained more than 120 Palestinians who had illegally crossed the border fence near Moshav Amatzia in the Lachish region. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed the arrests, saying the individuals were intercepted shortly after breaching the security barrier.

Authorities are now questioning the detainees to determine whether the crossings were coordinated or part of a larger movement. The IDF emphasized that security measures along the border remain heightened amid ongoing regional tensions.

Local residents reported seeing military vehicles and helicopters in the area as the operation unfolded. Officials said no injuries were reported during the incident, and all those detained have been transferred for processing and investigation.
