A shocking incident in Atlanta, Georgia, was caught on camera showing a man being violently attacked inside a parking garage, in what the victim described as an unprovoked assault “over nothing.”

According to local reports, the man was approached by an unknown individual before being punched repeatedly and knocked to the ground. The disturbing footage, which has since circulated on social media, shows the suspect continuing the assault as bystanders called for help.

The victim, who sustained multiple bruises and minor injuries, told reporters that he had no prior interaction with the attacker and believes he was targeted at random. “It just happened out of nowhere,” he said. “I didn’t say a word to him. He just came at me.”

Atlanta Police have launched an investigation and are reviewing surveillance footage from the garage to identify and locate the suspect. No arrests have yet been made.

Residents in the area have expressed growing concern over public safety in downtown parking structures, calling for increased security patrols and better lighting.
