Federal authorities conducted a major enforcement operation in Charlotte, North Carolina, resulting in multiple arrests of criminal noncitizens as part of Operation Charlotte’s Web. Launched on November 15, 2025, the initiative by the Department of Homeland Security targets high-risk individuals in immigrant-dense areas, aiming to enhance public safety and uphold U.S. immigration laws.  

Footage from the operation shows Border Patrol and ICE agents in tactical gear detaining individuals near a local tire shop and loading them into unmarked vehicles. Reports confirm that 81 arrests were made on the first day alone, demonstrating the scale and effectiveness of this law enforcement effort.  

Operation Charlotte’s Web reflects the federal government’s commitment to prioritizing the removal of dangerous individuals while safeguarding communities.
