Retired General Jack Keane, a Fox News senior strategic analyst, suggested that President Donald Trump has a potential “swift transaction” at his disposal that could immediately capture Russian President Vladimir Putin’s attention.

Speaking on Fox Business’s Kudlow, Keane outlined that such a move could serve as a powerful tool in shaping U.S.–Russia relations and reinforcing American leverage.
