The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported that more than 75 suspects were arrested this week in the West Bank during ongoing counterterrorism operations carried out alongside Israel’s Shin Bet security service.
According to military officials, the arrests targeted individuals suspected of involvement in militant activity, weapons trafficking, and planning attacks against Israeli forces and civilians. Several weapons and materials used for explosives were also confiscated during the raids.
The IDF emphasized that these operations are part of its broader effort to dismantle militant networks operating in the West Bank and to prevent future attacks.
The wave of arrests reflects the continuing tension in the region, as security forces maintain a heightened presence amid escalating clashes between Israeli troops and armed factions.
