BREAKING: President Trump announces he will address the nation Thursday evening at 9 p.m. ET as tensions with Iran continue to escalate again. 

Trump said earlier the U.S. will begin charging a fee for safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz, also announcing the return of the U.S. blockade on Iranian ports.
