The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported that one of its drones struck a mosque in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza, which it described as being used by Hamas for terrorist activities.

According to the IDF, the site was not only a place of worship but also allegedly housed surveillance equipment used to monitor Israeli troop movements. The military said the strike was part of ongoing operations aimed at disrupting Hamas’ intelligence and operational networks.
