The Israeli government has sharply criticized the IPC’s recent report on Gaza, accusing it of ignoring Hamas theft of aid and misrepresenting Israel’s humanitarian efforts.

Government spokesperson David Mencer condemned the findings, calling them part of a dangerous misinformation campaign.

"The IPC ignores Hamas theft and Israel's efforts, recycling a modern-day blood libel," Mencer said. "Israel will keep enabling aid for civilians while destroying Hamas’s terror machine."

Mencer also highlighted growing international awareness of threats faced by Jewish communities worldwide, specifically praising Australia for taking concerns against Israel and Jewish Australians seriously. He described Canberra’s response as a “positive outcome.”

Israeli officials argue that the report fails to reflect the country’s ongoing facilitation of humanitarian aid into Gaza, instead amplifying narratives aligned with Hamas. The dispute underscores the escalating battle over global perceptions of the conflict.
