NEW YORK — Political commentator and former Fox News host Bill O’Reilly has suggested that former CIA Director John Brennan could be facing serious legal consequences over his actions during the Obama administration.

In a recent segment, O’Reilly claimed that Brennan is “in trouble”, hinting at potential charges related to the alleged misuse of intelligence during the 2016 election and the early days of the Trump administration.

“There’s growing evidence that Brennan may have knowingly misled the public and key government agencies,” O’Reilly stated. “If true, this could amount to serious violations of the law.”

Brennan, who led the CIA from 2013 to 2017, has long been a controversial figure, especially among conservatives. Critics allege he played a central role in initiating the Russia investigation into then-candidate Donald Trump — a probe that, according to O’Reilly and others, was based on flawed or politically motivated intelligence.
