Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) took aim at Democrats during an appearance on Jesse Watters Primetime, declaring that the Democratic Party has gone “bat-crap crazy.”

Cruz’s remarks came during a discussion on Antifa, the looming government shutdown, and what he described as efforts by Secretary of War Pete Hegseth to restore a “warfighting culture” within the U.S. military.

“The Democrats aren’t interested in solving problems,” Cruz argued. “They are obsessed with radical politics, and it’s driving the country in the wrong direction.”

The Texas senator has been one of the most vocal critics of the Biden-era Democratic agenda, frequently blasting the party’s handling of border security, government spending, and military policy.
