Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations Danny Danon has recounted a controversial phone call with media figure Tucker Carlson, describing an exchange in which Carlson allegedly asked to be removed from a supposed “list.” Danon said he was initially confused by the request and pressed Carlson for clarification during the conversation.

According to Danon’s account, Carlson referenced being “attacked” and suggested there may be a list connected to the criticism he has received, prompting further pushback from the Israeli envoy. Danon responded that no such list exists and attributed the criticism to what he described as Carlson’s promotion of “lies and conspiracies” targeting Israeli soldiers.

The remarks add another flashpoint to ongoing tensions between public figures and international officials over narratives surrounding the Israel-Palestinian conflict and broader Middle East discourse. The exchange highlights how media commentary and diplomatic messaging continue to collide in an increasingly polarized information environment.
