Chopper 2 footage showed two vehicles involved, with an SUV stopped in a crosswalk and a sedan wedged beneath scaffolding near a building entrance. The incident drew a heavy police and fire department presence, though there were no immediate reports of serious injuries.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the collision, which temporarily closed off sections of the street to both vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
