A violent smash-and-grab robbery rocked Tempe, Arizona, early Monday morning, as masked thieves used a stolen car to ram through the front entrance of a local smoke shop before making off with hundreds of dollars’ worth of vaping products. The incident, captured on security footage dated November 3, 2025, unfolded in less than two minutes, leaving behind a scene of shattered glass and structural damage.  

Police say the suspects, wearing dark clothing and masks, drove a vehicle directly into the shop’s glass doors before quickly loading bags with vape pens, cartridges, and other high-value merchandise. Moments later, they abandoned the crash vehicle and fled in a second car parked nearby — a tactic investigators believe was pre-planned.  

Store employees arrived later to find the business nearly destroyed, with merchandise scattered across the floor and significant property damage.
