A Florida sheriff made headlines after showing off gold jewelry seized during a major drug bust, declaring victory over suspected traffickers.

Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd donned a gold chain and bracelet taken from an alleged dealer while standing beside confiscated firearms and cash at a press conference.

“I got their drip. I got their money. We got their guns. We got their dope,” Judd said, highlighting the results of the operation.

The bust led to the arrest of 32 individuals accused of drug trafficking and related offenses. Authorities said the seizures included narcotics, weapons, and tens of thousands of dollars in assets linked to criminal activity.

The sheriff’s flashy display quickly drew attention online, with some praising his tough-on-crime message and others questioning whether the stunt blurred the line between enforcement and theatrics.

Judd, however, maintained that the message was clear: “Crime doesn’t pay.”
