NEW YORK — A heart-stopping dashcam video captured the moment a 70-year-old driver’s car went out of control on Long Island’s Sunrise Highway.

Authorities said the man suffered a seizure behind the wheel, causing his Honda to speed across six lanes of traffic. Incredibly, the vehicle went airborne, narrowly avoiding collisions with other cars before crashing back down onto the highway.

Despite the terrifying scene, the driver miraculously survived with only minor injuries. Emergency responders quickly arrived at the scene, and the man was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The video has since circulated widely online, leaving viewers stunned at how close the incident came to being a multi-vehicle disaster.
