President Donald Trump announced that FBI field offices across all 50 states have made violent crime reduction a top priority in recent months, leading to the arrest of thousands of dangerous offenders nationwide.

“Over the past few months, FBI offices in all 50 states made crushing violent crime a top enforcement priority, and that’s what they did — rounding up and arresting thousands of the most violent and dangerous criminals,” Trump said during a press briefing.

The president praised federal agents for their “tireless work and courage”, emphasizing that the initiative reflects his administration’s commitment to restoring law and order and ensuring safer American communities.

According to officials, the multi-agency effort targeted gang networks, repeat offenders, and armed criminals responsible for spikes in violent incidents across major cities. The coordinated raids involved local and state law enforcement partners, as well as federal task forces.

Trump described the results as a “major victory for public safety,” promising continued federal support to cities battling rising crime rates. He added that the operation demonstrates the strength of cooperation between federal agencies and local authorities.
