President Donald Trump issued a sharp warning over the growing threat posed by Venezuela, criticizing the country for fueling drug trafficking and gang activity that impacts U.S. communities.

“We don’t like what Venezuela’s sending us, whether it’s their drugs or whether it’s their gang members. We don’t like it — we don’t like it one bit,” Trump said.

The President specifically pointed to the Tren de Aragua gang, a violent criminal organization that his administration has formally designated as a Foreign Terrorist Organization. U.S. officials say the group is deeply involved in drug trafficking, extortion, and human smuggling, spreading its influence across Latin America and into the United States.

Trump emphasized that securing the border and dismantling transnational crime networks remain top priorities, stressing that the U.S. will take strong measures to protect its citizens from external threats.

The remarks highlight the administration’s ongoing efforts to crack down on illegal drug flows and organized crime, while sending a clear signal to foreign governments accused of harboring or enabling criminal networks.
