WASHINGTON, D.C. — Senator Tim Scott praised the strength of the current U.S. economy while emphasizing the need for interest rate cuts to make homeownership more accessible for Americans.
“Americans deserve to become first-time homebuyers,” Scott said in a statement posted on social media. “President Trump has created the best economy in the world. The one thing that would make it better is lower interest rates.”
