According to local accounts, he was discovered by an overnight security guard approximately eight hours after his wife, Lynette Hooker, disappeared into rough, storm-affected waters. Witnesses described him as disoriented and physically drained, immediately requesting water upon contact. Authorities have since confirmed he was taken in for questioning as part of an ongoing investigation.
