Orange County Sheriff's deputies in Florida responded to an unusual call after a white-tailed deer crashed through a living room window and ended up in a home’s kitchen. The animal appeared disoriented and struggled to stand on the slippery tile floor.

Deputies carefully intervened, using gentle coaxing and verbal reassurance to calm the deer. Officers guided it through the home and out into the backyard, eventually releasing it safely into nearby woods. Bodycam footage shows the deer with minor bleeding from glass shards, struggling to regain its footing, while deputies employed gentle petting and calm commands to reduce its stress.

The incident highlights the unusual and unpredictable challenges wildlife can pose in residential areas. No injuries were reported to the residents, and the deer was unharmed after its brief indoor adventure.
